Dan Steele loved deeply and lived passionately. He poured his heart and soul into everything he did, from his work to his family. His greatest pride was his wife and children, and they were the inspiration behind his relentless pursuit of excellence. Dan envisioned a company where everyone could take pride in their work, where integrity was the foundation, and where each of us could build a better future for our families.

Over the past several days, it has become even more apparent just how far Dan’s influence reached. Dan touched countless lives with his generosity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to others. He was a mentor, a teacher, and a lifelong learner, always striving to grow and improve—not just for himself, but for everyone around him.

As we move forward, we do so with a promise: to carry on Dan’s legacy with the same pride and honor he exemplified every day. We will uphold the values he instilled in us—honesty, integrity, and hard work.
